2. We source locum cover
We actively promote your vacancy to our established locum network through direct outreach. All requests are handled on a best-endeavours basis, with a clear focus on securing suitable cover.
3. Confirm the booking
If suitable cover is secured and you wish to proceed, we’ll ask you to review and agree our terms and conditions. Once agreed, we issue a formal booking confirmation confirming the details of the assignment.
4. Locum attends the shift
The locum attends and completes the agreed shift, with support from our team throughout. You are only charged once cover has been successfully secured and worked.

If a locum needs to cancel, our team will immediately reach out to our network to try and source a replacement as quickly as possible. We’ll do everything we can to minimise disruption and keep your pharmacy services running smoothly.
However, while we work hard to fill every gap, we cannot guarantee that a replacement will always be available. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process so you know exactly where things stand.
