What happens next

1. Register with us
Once you register with Pharm Assist, you become part of our network of healthcare providers. There is no obligation at this stage.

2. Submit your vacancy details
You can either email your vacancies to locums@pharm assist.co.uk or submit your dates through our online form. Simply share the locum type required, dates, shift times, break information, and hourly rate.

3. We start the search immediately
As soon as we receive your details, we search our nationwide network of vetted locums to find suitable cover for your shift or shifts.

4. We update you on progress
If we identify suitable availability, we will contact you to confirm details and next steps. If cover cannot be found, there is no charge.

5. Agree terms before confirmation
Before any booking is confirmed, we will ask you to agree to our terms and conditions. This is a straightforward document covering booking rates, cancellation terms, and how we work together.

6. Booking confirmed
Once terms are agreed, we confirm the booking and handle all coordination with the locum, keeping the process simple and stress free for you.

7. Ongoing support when needed
You can submit additional dates at any time. Whether you need one off cover or regular support, we work with you as a partner to help keep your service running smoothly.
