Driven by her deep-rooted passion for both healthcare and entrepreneurship, Mary recognised a pressing need for a more efficient and reliable platform to connect Locums with pharmacy providers. Drawing from her extensive background in pharmacy management and a keen understanding of the challenges faced by both Locums and pharmacy establishments, Mary set out to create a solution that would streamline the process of staffing while prioritising professionalism and quality. Due to significant growth, she later brought her son, Mark, her daughter in-law Johanne and granddaughters, Madeleine and Stephanie into the business, transforming Pharm-Assist into a family-led enterprise.
